Dresden Violin Circa 1900
A lovely example of a late 19th century violin from the Dresden School, with a flamboyant and intricate purfled design on the back. The instrument is in excellent condition and has had a new bridge and sound post fitted by our skilled workshop luthiers. The Dresden also includes a new set of Evah Pirazzi strings, injecting some power to compliment it’s natural sweet and mellow tone. It has a Wittner Tailipece and Rosewood pegs.
