coronavirus measures and the new lockdown in the uk
We are delighted to announce we will be fully open again for all services and sales from Monday 12th April, with covid safe measures in place, including a screen and floor markings for social distancing. Hand sanitiser is available for customer use, and and anti-viricide cleaning between appointments.
Please read on for details.
Our doors are open by appointment only for one customer at a time, OR one household at a time.
If you wish to book a repair or visit the shop for an instrument purchase or trial or to purchase accessories, please email us, ring us, message us or use our appointment booking service. You can also contact us on social media.
We will reply quickly to offer you a range of appointment times. When you arrive for your appointment please knock or ring the doorbell and wait to be let in. If we are not visible, it means we are in our back workshop. If you get no response from the doorbell please call the telephone number above the door, but if you have an appointment we should be waiting for you.
We are continuing to offer a click and collect service for remote sales for customers who prefer not to visit the shop yet. Please place your order on our website selecting 'pick up' in the shipping option. You will then receive an email from us offering a range of available pick up/drop off times. When you pick your order up, please knock on the door and wait for us to answer. Please remain outside, and wear a mask. Your order will be handed to you at the door. If you cannot attend the shop or are nervous about doing so, do not hesitate to contact us and if you live within a reasonable distance we would be delighted to hand deliver your goods for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase then you can return it at a pre-arranged time for a full no-quibble refund, as long as you contact us within seven days of your purchase and are returning the item in unused perfect condition.
